● Introduction

Stainless steel's resistance to corrosion and staining, low maintenance, relative inexpense, and familiar luster make it an ideal base material for a host of commercial applications. There are over 150 grades of stainless steel, of which fifteen are most common. The alloy is milled into sheets, plates, bars, wire, and tubing to be used in cookware, cutlery, hardware, surgical instruments, major appliances, industrial equipment, and building material in skyscrapers and large buildings.

1. Mechanical Tube

It is general mechanical tubes for Structural purpose and have main grade ASTM A554 with various surface conditions.
(MF to PNB with any grit numbers up to Mirror Finish)
- A554 in it’s usual supply condition is intend for mechanical application, not for pressure containment and not for sanitary usage.
- L grade has exceptionally good welding and fabrication properties and can be used instead of stabilized grades (Low carbon variant).

2. Annealed Tube

With annealing & pickling, ASTM A249/A269 for Automotives, Heat Exchanger.
Various usages with heat treatments and annealing processing added with our in-house annealing facility.
Advanced technology and most updated our annealing line provided.
- A249 is intending for critical environment in boiler or heat exchanger and hence extensive mechanical testing is required. Full tensile and hardness test is standard.
- 304, 304L : Nonmagnetic in the annealing process.

-Our perforated tubes are constantly reviewed for hole accuracy, with and without blank area, cut to sized also.

5. EGR housing Tube for Automotives

Various shape and size of precision tubes are available (Rectangular Tube, Square Tube, Oval Tube) and also applicable customer’s drawing or request.
